The Heart Foundation online shop has been designed to help create a user friendly, fast and efficient process to view and purchase Heart Foundation merchandise and printed health brochures. Other health information is available on our website at www.heartfoundation.org.au

    Shipping and delivery overview

    Goods ordered through Heartshop may ship from one or more warehouses:

    • Heart Foundation warehouse: For items we hold in stock, such as brochures and skipping ropes.
    • Dropship warehouses: For items which are printed on-demand (at point of order), such as t-shirts, polo tote bags and sweatshirt hoodies with custom designs or messaging.

    Note: If your order includes items shipping from the Heart Foundation warehouse and dropship warehouses, you will be charged the applicable shipping fees for each warehouse.  As a result, your items will ship separately, and you may receive multiple deliveries. However, if your order total (after any discounts) is $100.00 or over and includes items from multiple warehouses, you will receive free standard shipping on all items (and multiple deliveries). We cannot guarantee the above delivery times and you agree not to hold us responsible for any loss caused by late delivery. 

    Important information regarding your order

    • You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam/junk folders.  This is important because if you don’t receive that email you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information. Please contact us as soon as possible if you do not receive an order confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ensure that you enter the correct email address. 
    • We are not responsible for delivery to an incorrectly submitted address. 
    • We will assume, unless notified otherwise, that any person appearing to reside at the delivery address is authorised to accept Your order. 

    Risk

    Unless otherwise specified, all risk in the goods purchased will pass to you upon delivery to your specified address. If delivery is delay for any reason, risk will pass at the date when delivery would have occurred. Once risk in the goods passes to you we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or destruction of the goods. If the goods are delivered to your local post office for collection by you and you fail to collect the goods within the nominated timeframe (typically 10 Business Days) then you will be responsible for paying the new shipping fee to resend the goods to you.

    International orders

    Please note, you may place an order internationally however, currently we are only able to deliver orders within Australia.
